Santa Letter Keepsake Pack - Fillable Letters, Certificate and Envelope PDFs

Create a gentle Christmas tradition with The Christmas Post: coordinated letters, a Santa reply, name tags and a memory page in a cream, forest-green and muted-red design.

Children can write, draw or dictate their wishes. Grown-ups can personalise a warm guided reply or write their own. The supplied reply avoids naughty lists, threats and promises of particular presents.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE
Three separate PDFs, no ZIP:
- A4 pack: 7 pages.
- US Letter pack: 7 pages containing the same designs.
- Parent print, editing and envelope-assembly guide: 3 pages.

EACH SIZE INCLUDES
1. Writing-led letter to Santa with four prompts.
2. Drawing-led letter with two generous picture spaces.
3. Guided Santa reply with type-in name and personal-moment fields.
4. Blank Santa reply with type-in name and message fields.
5. Christmas Eve memory page with type-in text boxes and a drawing area.
6. Six delivery tags with type-in name boxes.
7. A keepsake envelope template with a type-in recipient name.

WHAT YOU CAN EDIT
Each size has 16 PDF fields across the replies, memory page, tags and envelope. Only these boxes are type-in; the child letter pages are print-and-write. Fonts, artwork, headings and the guided letter wording stay fixed. This is not a Canva template. You can also leave fields blank and handwrite.

Download and open in a desktop PDF reader supporting forms. Keep text short, add line breaks if needed, save a copy and reopen it to check before printing. Sample names shown in listing pictures are illustrative, not prefilled in buyer files.

PRINT AND ASSEMBLE
Match the PDF to your paper and print single-sided at Actual Size / 100%. The envelope face measures 4.5 x 3.25 inches and is designed to hold a quarter-folded sheet in either included paper size. Cut the outer outline, fold dashed lines and follow the guide to glue the side and bottom flaps. Test on scrap paper first; paper thickness and fold accuracy affect fit. Adult cutting and assembly are required.

PLEASE NOTE
Digital download only. No physical letters, envelopes, gifts or postage are included. This is fictional family pretend-play stationery, not official correspondence or a Santa letter-delivery service. The envelope is a keepsake craft, not a postal template. Colours vary by screen and printer.

Personal household use only. Do not resell, redistribute or share the digital files. For file help, contact the shop where you purchased.
