Descripción
Create a coordinated Christmas dinner table with delicate burgundy ribbon details on warm ivory. This printable stationery suite gives you two menu sizes, folded and flat name cards, food labels and a private seating list, with type-in PDF fields for your own details.
FOUR SEPARATE PDF FILES - NO ZIP
A4 colour, US Letter colour, A4 low-ink black-and-white and US Letter low-ink black-and-white. Each file contains the same eight-page suite. Paper sizes and colour options repeat the same designs; these are not 32 unique pages.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN EACH PACK
- One 5 x 7 inch menu with six numbered course spaces and two type-in lines per course.
- Two 3.5 x 7 inch slim menus on one sheet, each filled separately.
- Eight tent place cards across two sheets: 3.5 x 4 inches flat, folding to 3.5 x 2 inches.
- Eight flat place cards on one sheet: 3.5 x 1.5 inches, with no folding required.
- Six flat food labels: 3.5 x 2 inches.
- One eight-row seating list with guest, seat/table and host-note fields.
- One printing, personalisation and folding guide.
Both place-card styles include a name field and optional short note. They are alternatives for your table, not sixteen different guest designs. Print extra sheets for your own larger gathering. No automatic link exists between guest names, menus or seating-list entries.
EDITABILITY
Each PDF has 104 type-in fields covering menu lines, guest names, optional notes, food labels and seating rows. Artwork, headings, type styles and layout are fixed in the PDFs. Fonts do not automatically shrink or wrap. Use short wording; the wider 5 x 7 menu has more room than the slim version.
Six course numbers are printed on each menu. If you use fewer courses, leave unused text lines blank; the numbers remain. Blank stationery is supplied, not a suggested meal or recipes.
Download and open in a PDF reader that supports forms. Enter your details, save a copy, close and reopen it, then check all text before printing. Browser previews may not preserve form entries correctly. Long-name and six-course examples were digitally tested, but unlimited text will not fit.
PRINTING AND ASSEMBLY
Choose matching paper and print single-sided at 100% / Actual Size. Test and measure one page first. Cut the outside card borders. Tent cards fold along the dashed centre line, with the lower name panel facing outward; the reverse greeting is intentionally upside down before folding. Flat cards and food labels do not fold. Adults should handle cutting and scoring folds. Colours vary with printer, paper and screen.
The low-ink edition uses black/grey details on white, without the ivory background. No specific ink-saving percentage is claimed.
Food labels identify dishes and offer space for short notes; they do not certify ingredients, allergens or suitability. Confirm information with the preparer. Keep the host seating sheet private.
Digital files only. No printing, frames, tableware, food or physical items are supplied. Personal event use; no resale or digital redistribution. Digital layouts and PDF fields were checked; physical printing and folding have not been tested.
