30-day returns. You can request a return within 30 days of delivery by emailing support@diycraftsproject.com with your order number.

Damaged or not as described. Email photos within 3 days of delivery. Once reviewed, your refund is issued within 24 hours.

Change of mind. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is paid by you, and your refund to the original payment method is issued within 24 hours of us receiving the item.

Your bank may take a few business days to show the refund. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
