Returns
If your order arrives on time, as described, and in perfect condition but you still want to return it, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of your original payment. However, it is up to you to pay for the return shipping cost.
Damaged
If your items arrive damaged, please take a photo of the damage within 3 days of delivery. Send it to Liam@diycraftsproject.com, and your full refund will be issued within 24 hours
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment
