This practical kit explains how many cookies each household brings and how to distribute the swap parcels. A manual quantity worksheet includes checked examples for 6, 8 and 12 participating baking households. It counts households, not every person attending, and keeps optional tasting extras separate.

Print extra copies of the card sheets for your personal party. Recipe cards are blank templates; no cookie recipes or food are included. The quantity worksheet is not an automatic calculator. Display labels and tags are flat, not tent-folded.

HOW TO USE

Choose A4 or US Letter and print on matching paper at 100% / Actual Size, single-sided. Test and measure one sheet first. Write in your details and cut the outside borders; adults should handle cutting. Colours may vary between screens, printers and paper.

The two print packs are not fillable. The separate mobile invitation has four type-in fields for date/time, location, bring/pack instructions and RSVP details. Open it in a PDF reader that supports forms, enter short details, save a copy, close and reopen it, then check everything before sharing your PDF. Its font size is fixed; shorten text if it does not fit. Browser previews may not save forms correctly. It is not a JPG, live RSVP service or guaranteed compatible with every phone app.

Voting is optional. Use one ballot per voter, one entry number per category and no self-voting; blanks abstain. Tally each category separately and celebrate joint winners where votes tie. Guests do not need to taste or vote to join the exchange.

Ingredient cards contain information supplied by each baker. They do not verify ingredients, cross-contact or suitability and are not safety certificates. Ask the baker directly and make your own participation decisions.
