Price Etsy digital and physical products with a profit target

For a digital item, set shipping and postage to zero, then include listing, design, mock-up, advertising or other costs. For a physical item, include buyer-paid shipping separately from the postage you pay.

The calculator starts with the current published payment-processing rate for the United States, United Kingdom or Ireland. Etsy charges a 6.5% transaction fee on the total order, including charged shipping. Fees can differ by country and account setup, so every fee remains editable.
