Easy to personalize

Each PDF has 104 type-in fields for menu lines, guest names, notes, food labels and seating rows. Artwork, headings and layout are fixed. Open in a PDF reader that supports forms (like the free Adobe Acrobat Reader), type your details, save, reopen to check, then print. Keep wording short; text does not shrink automatically.

Print and assemble

Print single-sided at 100% / Actual Size on matching paper. Cut the outside borders and fold tent cards on the dashed center line. The low-ink edition uses black and gray on white.
