EACH KIT INCLUDES

Labels measure 3.5 x 4 inches flat and fold to 3.5 x 2 inch tent cards. Each has a front name field and fixed decorative wording on the back. The sixteen starting names are Marshmallows, Chocolate chips, Chocolate curls, Cocoa powder, Cinnamon, Candy canes, Sprinkles, Caramel sauce, Chocolate sauce, Whipped cream, Mini cookies, Toffee pieces, White chocolate, Orange zest, Gingerbread crumbs and Crushed peppermint. Change names to match what you actually serve.

WHAT YOU CAN EDIT

Each PDF contains 23 type-in fields: three menu lines and twenty label fronts. PDF artwork, colours, sign headings and other wording are fixed. This is not a fully editable PDF layout.

Open the downloaded file in a PDF reader that supports forms, type short entries, save a copy, close and reopen it, then check the saved details before printing. Font size is fixed; shorten text if it does not fit. Browser previews may not save forms correctly. You may also write on the blank labels by hand.

PRINT AND ASSEMBLE

Use matching A4 or US Letter paper and print single-sided at 100% / Actual Size. The signs remain 8 x 10 inches in both packs; they are not full-page A4 artwork. Test one sheet and measure before printing everything. An 8-inch-wide design leaves narrow side margins on A4, so check your printer's printable area; use a print service if it clips the border. Do not shrink the page if you need the stated dimensions.

Cut the outer label borders and fold on the dashed centre line, with the lower name panel facing out. The upside-down reverse text becomes upright when folded. Adults should handle cutting and assembly.

Paper bands are decoration only, not insulating cup sleeves. Test one on an empty, dry cup; cup shapes vary and fit is not guaranteed. Omit the band if it does not fit securely. Keep paper below the rim and away from the drink; never use it as heat protection. Adults must handle hot liquids and supervise children.

Labels identify toppings only and do not certify ingredients or absence of allergens. Ask the preparer about suitability. No food, drinks, cups, printing or other physical items are supplied. Colours may vary with screen, printer and paper.
